Kim Kelman, Jerome Schneider and Jeremy McCune briefed everyone on recent changes to lending practices nationally. Lending practices are being tightened. Some larger banks are facing litigation because of questionable practices. They announced that Wells Fargo Bank is now rated the nations #1 mortgage lender. Maurice Mendoza, M&D Financial Services, briefed everyone on how they are able to assist buyers in credit repair. Once a client has enrolled in their program, M&D guarantees to upgrade the client’s credit score. Afterwards the client is returned to our Realtor to close the transaction.
