Jim briefed attendees on Legal matters dealing with the new Seller’s Disclosure Notice and how to avoid lawsuits. Current legal issues concerning Distressed Property Sales, Multiple Offers, Agency, and Commissions were discussed in depth. Attending agents are much better prepared to deal with these sensitive issues now.
Don’t forget, the FHA loan limit for San Antonio will decrease to $287,500.00 effective October 1, 2011. Important that you make note and inform any of your clients who are procrastinating on making an FHA offer.
