Today's Forum!

Today, Century 21 United Northside held it's monthly forum. All Northside agents were invited to attend as well as Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Loan Officers, whom sponsored a delicious lunch.

The Forum provides an informal setting that allows personal an informal interaction among the Associates, the Broker, and Affiliates. Matters discussed are wide ranging and relate to topics and issues currently affecting them, the company, the real estate community and/or the marketplace. Many topics other than those shown in the agenda were discussed. Really good ideas were shared for increasing production, enhancing customer interaction, increasing agent’s Book of Business, ethics issues, legal issues, and best practices.

Agent, Carolina Garcia was recognized for achieving 100% Customer Satisfaction on a CENTURY 21 Customer Service Survey. The customer gave a laudatory appraisal of Carolina’s service. Way to GO!

Don, Jerome, Gonzalo, and Jeremy from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (WFHM) where present. Jerome shared information on loan rates, underwriting issues, and loan documentation. Don spoke about our improved alliance with WFHM and mentioned they will be occupying the larger mortgage office at the front of our building. WHAT A GREAT RELATIONSHIP & THANKS Don, Jerome, Gonzalo, and Jeremy!!

Agent, Brian Nadrowski shared his experiences with Risk Management matters. Brian’s experiences were very instructive and informative to everyone. Unquestionably, our team mates learned from the details he shared with us. Thank you Brian!

Agent, Nieves Arredondo shared her experience with a seasoned agent, Christine Klima, from CENTURY 21 Malson in Kerrville, TX. Nieves stated the agent had 25 years experience and she was so impressed by the gracious and helpful attitude the agent demonstrated to her in listing the property referred by CENTURY 21 Malson. Sales Meeting - August 2010

Everyone had a great time. KB Homes, Melanie Harwood, provided an absolutely outstanding luncheon of baked potato, salad, and desert for everyone’s enjoyment. Melanie shared information about their neighborhoods thorough out San Antonio and the Realtor Bonus on repeat sales. They encourage you to preview their products.

Agents Brian Nadrowski and Carolina Garcia received "Pacesetter Gold Awards" from Jim Faulkner today for their remarkable consistant productivity in their field! They were recognized and awarded with a certificate! Way to go!!

Agent John Sanchez shared some information on how constant contact with a potential client can lead to more referrals and possible listings! Jim recognized John for his outstanding customer service and customer testimonials.

Team Northside also recognized a few new recruits to the office: Anna Uriegas, Coretta Streat, Debbie Miller and Steve Davis. Welcome aboard! We are so glad to have you!

Jim faulkner shared some useful United-Northside tips to keep your Listing afloat. He provided a fantastic checklist of questions to ask yourself and your client to help solidify your business relationship and keep your listing alive!

Wells Fargo Loan Officers, Jerome, Jeremy, and Gonzalo are full-time loan officers and available to assist you here at Team Northside. Jerome shared great information on loan rates in the 4% range, and more stringent qualification criteria today. Foreclosures of higher price range homes are increasing nationally. Jerome mentioned now is the time to buy—so let everyone you know of the great rates now available to them. Great News Jerome!!!

Competition has been keen for the “Rock Star of the Quarter” award. The winning agent will be awarded a glamorous Night for Two Downtown. Several agents where close this past quarter. Remember, the minimum criteria are: 12 closed units plus $32,000.00 in adjusted gross commissions for the quarter ending September 30, 2010.
