The Forum provides an informal setting that allows personal an informal interaction among the Associates, the Broker, and Affiliates. Matters discussed are wide ranging and relate to topics and issues currently affecting them, the company, the real estate community and/or the marketplace. Many topics other than those shown in the agenda were discussed. Really good ideas were shared for increasing production, enhancing customer interaction, increasing agent’s Book of Business, ethics issues, legal issues, and best practices.
Agent, Carolina Garcia was recognized for achieving 100% Customer Satisfaction on a CENTURY 21 Customer Service Survey. The customer gave a laudatory appraisal of Carolina’s service. Way to GO!
Don, Jerome, Gonzalo, and Jeremy from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (WFHM) where present. Jerome shared information on loan rates, underwriting issues, and loan documentation. Don spoke about our improved alliance with WFHM and mentioned they will be occupying the larger mortgage office at the front of our building.
