Third Quarter Marketing Report


Building on our 2010 momentum, CENTURY 21® marketing efforts saw big impressions in social media and PR channels through our 21st Century Child Campaign. Online advertising continues to make an impact—driving visitors to century21.com. Twitter followers are outpacing both ReMax and Coldwell Banker!


Century 21 has 3 Marketing Goals every quarter:

1. Increase Brand Preference
2. Generate Consumer Leads
3. Deliver Superior Productivity Tools


So far, we can see an increase in our social-online presence and impressions are up! The new "C21 Social" tab on century21.com provides visitors with direct social networking access and builds brand exposure effectively. We have seen impressions and leads grow exponentially since 2009 and we can only see higher numbers in Century 21's future. Century 21's National Advertising/PR and Marketing tactics are generating more followers and more brand awareness than other real estate companies this quarter. Agents who are associated with Century 21 can rest easy and know that everyday they are being promoted, advertised and found online through effective marketing efforts without lifting a finger.
