"What made me choose Northside is simple... Training. I knew I needed training. I got my license about 2 1/2 years ago and went to a small office that one f my friends worked at. The Broker there told me he would train me, but I soon learned that he was already working over 40 hrs a week listing real estate. Needless to say, there was no time to train me. I did a few deals with friends and family then I had no business. I let my license epxire and went back to work at a bar. Six months into that I found myself in the same cycle of life I was trying to get out of, so I took a few online classes and activated my license.

Today we at Century 21 United-Northside held our monthly FORUM meeting. The Forum provides for informal interaction among Associates, the Broker, and Business Partners on a wide range of topics and issues currently affecting themselves and the marketplace. The Forum is designed for you, the agent, to share ideas for increasing production and improving business practices.

Broker, Jim Faulkner briefed Team Northside on timliness, the importance of our Duty Agent program, the new P.O.W.E.R. initiative to help take prospecting to another level and the "Maximum Net Exposure Initiative" Monica Gonzalez and Sheila Knott have been spearheading help Team Northside gain more exposure and share information!

Supreme Lending's Niki Salter introduced a new bond program for Texas “first time home buyers”! Niki will be getting together with Jim to schedule training on this program once more details are revealed. Thanks Niki for Sharing!!

Century 21 University & Top Agent Panel a Success

Century 21 United-Northside agents took full advantage of this special opportunity to grow professionally today. They attended the Agent Session and Top Agent Panel at Champions School of Real Estate. The "Top Agent" Panel was outstanding! We are proud of Brian Nadrowski's and Carolina Garcia's willingness to share their "Secrets to Success!"

The agents also learned how to gain a competitive advantage through marketing and strategic planning to become the “Agent of Choice” in their community. Competition is fierce. Team Northside members learned great techniques and were given great tools to “Beat the Competition”. Their competition will know that Team Northside members “Win” in head-to-head competition.



Breakfast and Luncheon was served. Everyone had an excellent time meeting CENTURY 21 Corporate Staff and fellow Century 21 agents throughout the San Antonio metropolitan area. CENTURY 21 University live training events are held quarterly at Champions School of Real Estate. Be sure to make plans to attend the next event!!!

As of today Century 21 United Northside has had over 175 ads posted onto Craigslist in the past month, without flags or removals! Consistancy is the key and these daily postings are continuning to drive more leads to our Agents directly! If you are looking for a home/rental/commercial property and you come across one of our many ads on Craigslist, you can contact the agent directly! WE don't foward your calls to our office, we connect you straight to the listing agent.

Agents, this program will ensure that your listings are getting the maximum exposure they need to get you more leads. The internet is one of the top resources used today by anyone and everyone! Century 21 United-Northside pledges to utilize this program thoroughly and bring the leads to you!

All it takes is a phone call, so why not allocate time in your busy day to call a few numbers, you never know who is looking to move or buy a home these days!

P.O.W.E.R Agents have volunteered to take the time and effort to gain the experience and knowledge that comes with prospecting and we at Century 21 United-Northside would like to thank them for taking prospecting one step further! HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO!

Century 21 United-Northside kicked off its afternoon with our monthly sales meeting with lunch provided by Robert Guerra at The Barton Carpet Company. Special guests included Patrick Conway from First American Title and Gonzalo Padilla from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Thank you all for making an appearance and providing our office with valuable information about the real estate industry!

The meeting was lead by Robert Guerra discussing his Carpet Company's services and features. Gonzalo Padilla took the floor and represented Wells Fargo Home Mortgage extremely well.

Awards were given out and Agents were recognized for their outstanding performance and achievements. Top Producer for April 2010 was Agent Denise Shepard, Top Sales Agent was Agent Michael Simmons. Agent Diana Lopez was recognized in a Customer Testimonial and Agent Lindsay Mann was our Top Outbound Referral Producer for May 2010! Way to Go Agents for the amazing work you put everyday!

New Agents were introduced as our office has grown since the last sales meeting in April 2010! Century 21 United-Northside welcomes Jason Godines, Nieves Arredondo, Byron Pierce, Austin Padget, Ana Lomas, Julie Durick, Prescilla Martinez, Josh Seidel and Christine Hagendorf to our fabulous team!
