Today we at Century 21 United-Northside held our monthly FORUM meeting. The Forum provides for informal interaction among Associates, the Broker, and Business Partners on a wide range of topics and issues currently affecting themselves and the marketplace. The Forum is designed for you, the agent, to share ideas for increasing production and improving business practices.
Broker, Jim Faulkner briefed Team Northside on timliness, the importance of our Duty Agent program, the new P.O.W.E.R. initiative to help take prospecting to another level and the "Maximum Net Exposure Initiative" Monica Gonzalez and Sheila Knott have been spearheading help Team Northside gain more exposure and share information!
Supreme Lending's Niki Salter introduced a new bond program for Texas “first time home buyers”! Niki will be getting together with Jim to schedule training on this program once more details are revealed. Thanks Niki for Sharing!!
