HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO!

Century 21 United-Northside kicked off its afternoon with our monthly sales meeting with lunch provided by Robert Guerra at The Barton Carpet Company. Special guests included Patrick Conway from First American Title and Gonzalo Padilla from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Thank you all for making an appearance and providing our office with valuable information about the real estate industry!

The meeting was lead by Robert Guerra discussing his Carpet Company's services and features. Gonzalo Padilla took the floor and represented Wells Fargo Home Mortgage extremely well.

Awards were given out and Agents were recognized for their outstanding performance and achievements. Top Producer for April 2010 was Agent Denise Shepard, Top Sales Agent was Agent Michael Simmons. Agent Diana Lopez was recognized in a Customer Testimonial and Agent Lindsay Mann was our Top Outbound Referral Producer for May 2010! Way to Go Agents for the amazing work you put everyday!

New Agents were introduced as our office has grown since the last sales meeting in April 2010! Century 21 United-Northside welcomes Jason Godines, Nieves Arredondo, Byron Pierce, Austin Padget, Ana Lomas, Julie Durick, Prescilla Martinez, Josh Seidel and Christine Hagendorf to our fabulous team!

Important topics were covered in the meeting such as the Connect 2 the 1 Sweepstakes still going strong, C21 Campaign Center at 21online.com, PEP Programs, our POWER initiative and Recruiting Award and more! Here at Century 21 United-Northside every action doesn't go unnoticed. WE reward you and provide you with the best marketing materials and online platforms to keep you and your clients in touch with what is happening at our company. With each month, more rewards are given to those that utilize Century 21 United-Northside's incentives and benefits to their full potential! Trust me, we love to give out rewards and recognize you for all your hard work!

Speaking of recognition, we are proud to announce the Century 21 United-Northside Agents Carolina Garcia and Brian Nadrowski have been selected to partake in the Top Producers National Panel on May 13, 2010 at Champions School of Real Estate! Congrats to our Agents for being recognized at a national level! We couldn't be happier.

More events are coming up, like the Agent Session on the 13th of May at Champions School of Real Estate and 21online Intranet Training on May 21st. Don't miss out!

Overall our monthly meeting was a success and full of valuable information! A Champions Student even came in to sit in on our meeting!! Don't be SHY! We would love to have anyone come to our meeting and get an earful of how we advise and reward our agents!
