Century 21 United Northside holds "Caravans" every Wednesday at 1:00pm. An agent volunteers to present one( or two if near to each other) of their homes listed to their fellow agents. The home and agent is then evaluated by their colleagues.
How does this help our agents you wonder?
Team Northside stresses Caravan participation because inevitably, the duty call will come in and these agents will be able to sell these properties and close for an appointment with their "product knowledge". Knowing the inventory is essential in sales--you must know your product to sell it. Not only is the Listing Agent practicing showing their property, but fellow agents are gaining product knowledge of listings other than their own!
If you can provide a customer a clear perspective of a home over the phone then you have a better chance of reeling them in for an appointment due to your strong product knowledge base.
