Century21 United-Northside: July 2010 Monthly Sales Meeting was a HIT!

Everyone had a great time! KB Homes, Melanie Harwood & Charley Wasson, provided an excellent deli style luncheon for everyone’s enjoyment. Melanie & Charley shared information about their upscale ALON development and other neighborhoods thoroughout San Antonio. They encourage you to preview their products.

Wells Fargo Loan Officers, Jerome, Jeremy, and Gonzalo are servicing Team Northside on a full-time basis! Wells Fargo Mortgage has their own processing center in Stone Oak. Wells Fargo will be marketing their Loan services on Team Northside Visual Tours which will help with referrals!

Debbie Blackerby, from American Home Shield, recognized Carolina Garcia and Carlos Perez as Top Producers in Century 21 Home Warranty sales in the San Antonio market. Carolina and Carlos were presented with branded notebooks. Debbie informed us that Team Northside is the #1 ranked Century 21 company in home warranty sales in the San Antonio market. Her “Elvis Impersonator Skit” brought thunderous laughing and applause-everyone loved it!
