The Forum provides an informal setting that allows personal an informal interaction among the Associates, the Broker, and Affiliates. Matters discussed are wide ranging and relate to topics and issues currently affecting them, the company, the real estate community and/or the marketplace. Many topics other than those shown in the agenda were discussed. Really good ideas were shared for increasing production, enhancing customer interaction, increasing agent’s Book of Business, ethics issues, legal issues, and best practices.

Kim Kelman was recognized as the latest addition to the Team Northside Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (WFHM) branch. Kim plans to be an active, engaged and productive member. Broker Jim Faulkner shared some important information on REAL Trends Market Reports and the Economic Outlook for Texas Housing for 2010. It is vital that agents are tuned into changes in the housing market and predictions in the economy. Buyers/Sellers expect their agents to educate them in current real estate issues and trends so they are not sitting in the dark as they try to purchase or sell a home. Thank you Jim!!
