Derk Mazurczak, Vantage Foundation Repair, provided a delicious fajita luncheon with all the fixings. Derk shared how Vantage Foundation Repair can be helpful in ensuring our customer’s foundation needs are addressed. He will perform foundation inspections for all our clients who express any concerns about the foundation of a home they are buying or selling. Great affiliate services. Wonderful Luncheon and Great Services, Thanks Derk!!

David Owen, Director, CENTURY 21 United Relocation Department, briefed everyone on corporate relocation benefits. He shared how out bound referrals can be a great source of additional income for our agents. David briefed on the direct agent ancillary benefits of being associated with a CARTUS broker, such as CENTURY 21 United-Northside. Informative Information, Thanks David!!

Sandy Bower-Johnson, CENTURY 21 Corporate Business Benefits Director, trained everyone on how to use the new 21online.com e-campaign center. It is a terrific tool for keeping in contact with, and managing, leads, past and future clients, center of influence, sphere of influence, and many others who can potentially be sources of business for our agents. Best of all the service is entirely FREE. Knowledge is Power, Thanks Sandy!!

Jim shared market data for the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) for December 2010. Agents were able to see how “pricing” can have a delirious affect on sales. Properties are selling at a paltry 77% of their offering price. The importance of pricing and techniques to use in pricing were shared. Agent success in our market environment will be driven directly by their pricing skills.
