Jason Vallier, David Weekly Homes @ Estonia, provided an excellent pasta luncheon for our February Sales Meeting. Jason gave everyone a tour of the David Weekly Green Home demonstrating the many green upgrades in their traditional product. Estonia is ideally suited for Lackland AFB service members and employees, as well as other business in Northwest San Antonio Highway 151 corridor. Maurice Mendoza, M&D Financial Services, briefed everyone on how they are able to assist buyers in credit repair. Once a client has enrolled in their program, M&D guarantees to upgrade the client’s credit score. Afterwards the client is returned to our Realtor to close the transaction. Buyers that cannot readily qualify for a home loan should be referred to Maurice for credit repair. Valuable Services, Many Thanks Maurice.

Northside’s CONVENTION Challenge to Realtors to win a Convention Package Valued at $400.00 is generating plenty of competition. Production is increasing as the competition picks up.
