This is indeed an outstanding achievement Carolina accomplished for 2010. She finished the year ranking #159 out of some 8,000 Realtors in our board. This is no small achievement. She can take justifiable pride in this level of success.
Team Northside is very excited and very proud of your achievement. Regardless of the complaining and moaning about the real estate market by many, there has been no recession for Carolina. She understands recessions always exist between a Realtors ears, not in their marketplace.
2011 promises to be an even more prospers year for Carolina. Be sure to congratulate her personally.
