Century 21 2nd Qtr Marketing Report

Halfway through 2010, CENTURY 21® marketing efforts continue to focus
on connecting customers to you and your agents.

C21's 3 Marketing GOALS:
1. Increase Brand Preference

3. Deliver Superior Productivity Tools


We increased our brand awareness by launching various national advertising campaigns that connect customers to Century 21 and it's agents. Campaigns such as the National 2010 Connect 2 the 1 Campaign; $8,000 List Your Home Sweepstakes & Published the print and digital versions of the spring Fine Homes & Estates magazine helped generate more brand awareness among potential homebuyers and more! Our tools have reached unprecendented quality and are become more tech-savvy and user friendly. Tools like the C21 iPhone App give Century 21 an edge and trendy outlet to reach it's customers and agents! we now have enhanced, easy-to-use navigation through our Century 21 website and Brand Center with a new and improved Listings Central tool and DBA Logo Library.

Overall, total leads YTD are up 88% over 2009, social media leads are unprecedented, and other on-line programs are simply producing unparalleled results!! You would be crazy to not stick with a great brand like Century21 known worldwide!!
