Today, Jim Faulkner conducted a 3 hour training course for the newly graduated agents from the Professional Development Program. The course covered Texas Association of Realtors Forms. Each form/contract was discussed in-depth to give the new agents a greater understanding of the significance and importance these forms/contracts have. Having a solid understanding of these forms is essential in protecting yourself from being sued. This free training was a great opportunity to break down each contract and learn from the best!
