Today, C21 United-Northside held its monthly sales meeting. Everyone had a great time! Mercedes Homes, Mike Martin, provided an excellent Jason’s Deli luncheon for everyone’s enjoyment. Mike shared information about their latest development out north on Blanco Road.

Wells Fargo Mortgage, Jerome Schneider, introduced Jeremy, an additional Wells Fargo Loan Officer, who along with Gonzalo, will be servicing Team Northside on a full-time basis. We are super excited to have another Loan Officer aboard!! Having Wells Fargo here at C21 United-Northside is incredibly beneficial because Wells Fargo reciprocates by referring bank customers who want to buy and sell to Team Northside Realtors. Officers Pedro Mendez and Janellen Valle, San Antonio Police Department (SAPD), briefed everyone on safety matters. They provided excellent advice on how Realtors can protect themselves and remain safe yet continue to provide excellent service to their customers. Offer Mendez is also a licensed Realtor. He offered firsthand advice that really struck home to our Realtors.

Competition is getting keen for the new “Rock Star of the Quarter” award. The winning agent will be awarded a glamorous Night for Two Downtown. There were several agents who are getting close already!!
Broker Jim Faulkner briefed our agents on the "Relocation Business" and how its good to remember that our agents are "Relocation Specialists". He explained how this is the perfect time to be offering relocation assistance and how Outbound Referrals are an excellent source of added revenue for all Northsiders.
