In 2010, CENTURY 21® Marketing efforts continue to focus on helping you grow your business. Our online media investments continue to yield very strong lead results nationally, and our new national campaign, “Connect 2 the 1” is off to an exciting start.



C21's 3 MARKETING OBJECTIVES:


1. INCREASE BRAND PREFERENCE: Increase favorable perception with current and prospective customers and agents.


2. GENERATE CONSUMER LEADS: Capture the maximum number of leads by identifying, targeting, and attracting viable prospects.


3. DELIVER PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS: Provide best-in-class tools to help system members convert brand preference and leads into closed sides.


C21 launched the "Connect 2 the 1 Campaign in 2010 with integrated media such as online video, print advertisement on cover of "USA TODAY" and a "Campaign in a Box" tool for agents. Numbers are showing there is an increase in Online Advertising through enhanced listings, like Realtor.com and local websites. If you haven't jumped on this marketing bandwagon, you NEED TO! Please take advantage of what Century 21 has to offer!


C21 is also opening new doors through Social Media Markets. Facebook and Twitter are amongst the top browsed websites there are today! Facebook and Twitter total C21 followers increased 60%! And Century 21 United-Northside's Page now has 44 total follwers!
