Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) Forms Training.
I am conducting a three (3) hour forms training class for the newly graduated Professional Development Program, Class 03/10. You are invited to attend and participate.
Forms training will be conducted on Thursday, June 24, 2010 @ 9:00 to 12:00 Noon, in the Northside Training Room. TAR Forms forms related to the listing and sale of real estate may be discussed. Specifically, the following will be covered in-depth:
a. Residential Real Estate Listing Agreement Exclusive Right to Sell. (Will include training on all addenda that may be appended).
b. Information About Brokerage Services.
c. Registration Agreement Between Broker and Owner.
d. Commercial Real Estate Listing Agreement Exclusive Right to Sell.
e. Farm and Ranch Real Estate Listing Agreement Exclusive Right to Sell.
f. Residential Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreement.
g. One to Four Family Residential Contract (Resale). (Will include training on all addenda that may be appended).
h. Seller/Buyer Temporary Residential Leases.
We will read each paragraph of these contracts and listings and have an in-depth discussion of each paragraph. This helps assure a greater understanding of these significant contracts and their applicability to you and your customers. Having a solid fundamental understanding of these forms is essential in protecting yourself from being sued.
